The app tracks status across payers, escalates stalled requests, and provides a single queue for staff. It also produces analytics on denial reasons, turnaround times, and payer friction so clinics can adjust ordering behavior and documentation templates. This is not a “magic autopilot”—it’s a workflow tool that makes the messy, manual parts faster and more consistent while staying auditable and compliant.
