PriorAuthPro is a web app with an optional mobile companion for clinic staff that streamlines prior authorizations for imaging, specialty meds, and procedures. It ingests the order, payer, diagnosis codes, and clinical notes, then generates a payer-specific checklist and a ready-to-submit packet (cover sheet, medical necessity summary, and supporting documentation list). The AI component drafts the narrative and flags missing elements (e.g., failed conservative therapy duration, required labs, step therapy history) before submission. It also tracks status, deadlines, and peer-to-peer scheduling, and creates a simple “next action” queue for staff. Realistically, the hard part is payer variability and integrations; the MVP should focus on 5–10 high-volume payers and manual upload/email/fax workflows first, then expand to EHR integrations once value is proven.
