PriorAuthPro is a web app (with a lightweight mobile companion) that helps outpatient clinics and specialty practices submit and track prior authorizations faster. It centralizes payer requirements, auto-builds a complete prior-auth packet from the EHR-exported docs (notes, labs, imaging, medication history), and flags missing elements before submission. An AI assistant drafts payer-specific narratives and fills common forms, while a rules layer enforces clinic-approved templates to reduce hallucinations and compliance risk. The app provides a single dashboard for status, deadlines, peer-to-peer scheduling, and denial reasons, plus analytics showing which payers and services cause the most friction. This is not a magic “one-click approval” product—payers are the bottleneck—but it can realistically reduce rework, phone calls, and denial-driven resubmissions by making submissions cleaner and more trackable.
