PriorAuthPro is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps small-to-mid clinics and specialty practices assemble cleaner, faster prior authorization packets. It ingests key data from the EHR export (PDF/CCD), maps it to payer-specific requirements, and generates a submission-ready checklist plus a single consolidated packet (clinical notes, labs, imaging, diagnosis/procedure codes, and rationale). An AI assistant drafts the medical-necessity narrative and flags missing elements that commonly trigger denials, but the clinician/biller must approve everything before sending. The app tracks status, deadlines, and payer responses, and creates an audit trail for appeals. This is not a magic “auto-approval” tool—payer rules change and humans still need to verify—but it can remove the repetitive scavenger-hunt work that burns staff time and delays care.
