PriorityPulse

PriorityPulse is a web + mobile app that forces ruthless priority clarity for people drowning in tasks. Instead of endless lists, you maintain a single “Now Stack” capped at 5 items. Everything else lives in a backlog that can’t nag you. Each task gets a quick Impact, Urgency, and Effort score (30 seconds total), and the app computes a simple priority order you can override. The twist: a daily 2-minute “priority audit” that asks what changed, what can be deleted, and what must be deferred—then locks the list for a chosen focus window. Integrations pull in tasks from Jira/Trello/Asana, but the app doesn’t try to replace them; it’s a prioritization layer. Optional AI suggests deletions, merges duplicates, and flags low-impact busywork, but the core value works without AI.
