PrivéProof is a mobile + web app that helps high-end clients and their assistants verify luxury experience providers (yachts, private chefs, villas, chauffeurs, security, event planners) before sending large deposits. It aggregates signals that are usually scattered: business registration, insurance certificates, license validity, domain/email reputation, payment dispute history (where accessible), contract red-flag checks, and identity verification for the actual operator—not just a glossy website. The app produces a simple risk score and a “what to ask next” checklist tailored to the service type, plus a secure vault for COIs, permits, and signed agreements. It also supports escrow-style milestone payments via partnered payment processors (where available) to reduce fraud and last-minute cancellations. This is not a concierge; it’s a due-diligence and transaction-safety layer for luxury services.
