PrivyProof is a web app (with optional lightweight desktop agent) that helps companies generate defensible, auditable evidence of data deletion across SaaS tools, cloud storage, and internal databases. When a user requests erasure (GDPR/CCPA) or when retention policies require purge, teams usually rely on screenshots, tickets, and trust—none of which holds up well under audits or legal disputes. PrivyProof connects to common systems, maps where personal data lives, executes deletion workflows, and produces a tamper-evident “deletion certificate” that includes timestamps, system identifiers, and cryptographic proofs. It also tracks exceptions (legal holds, backups, immutable logs) and documents what was and wasn’t deleted, so you don’t overclaim. This is not a magic compliance button: integrations are messy and edge cases are constant. But it can remove a huge amount of manual work and reduce the risk of saying “deleted” when you actually didn’t.
