ProbePanel is a web app (with an optional lightweight mobile companion) for fast, scrappy usability testing when you don’t have a research team. It combines a built-in participant panel marketplace with a guided test builder that produces consistent, comparable results. You create a task-based test for a URL, prototype, or mobile build, set targeting (role, device, region, accessibility needs), and get back screen recordings, click paths, and short structured answers. An AI layer auto-tags issues (navigation confusion, copy ambiguity, broken expectations), clusters similar moments across participants, and drafts a prioritized findings report with clips attached. The realistic truth: it won’t replace moderated research or deep discovery, but it will reliably catch obvious UX failures before release and reduce “opinions” in product reviews. Pricing is per test plus a subscription for teams that run tests weekly.
