ProbPulse is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for teams and solo operators who make high-stakes calls under uncertainty. It turns fuzzy debates into explicit forecasts: users log key decisions, assign probabilities to outcomes, define leading indicators, and set review dates. The app then tracks what actually happened and scores forecast accuracy over time (calibration and resolution), highlighting who is consistently overconfident or underconfident. It also supports decision journals: record assumptions, alternatives considered, and what would change your mind. A lightweight AI assistant helps translate messy statements into testable predictions and suggests measurable indicators, but users must approve everything—no black-box “decision making.” The goal is practical: reduce repeated, expensive mistakes by forcing clarity, measuring accuracy, and building an internal forecasting culture without needing a full risk team.
