ProcessTrip

ProcessTrip is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) that detects operational process failures caused by “silent drift”: steps skipped, approvals bypassed, handoffs delayed, and exceptions becoming the norm. It connects to existing systems (Jira/ServiceNow, ERP, ticketing, shared inboxes) and builds a lightweight process map from real event logs—no massive BPM program required. You define a few critical workflows (e.g., vendor onboarding, incident change control, refunds, reconciliations) and the app monitors leading indicators: missing artifacts, out-of-order steps, repeated rework loops, and SLA breaches. It generates a weekly “process health” score, highlights the exact step where breakdowns occur, and assigns owners with evidence links. This is not a magic automation tool; it’s a pragmatic early-warning system that reduces costly errors, compliance misses, and customer-impacting delays.
