ProcProof
ProcProof is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for companies that need airtight evidence that employees actually received, understood, and can execute policies and procedures. Instead of dumping PDFs into a shared drive, teams publish short, versioned procedures with embedded micro-checks (1–3 questions) and role-based acknowledgements. The system tracks who is impacted by each change, pushes targeted notifications, and produces audit-ready reports showing version history, sign-offs, and comprehension results. It also supports “procedure run logs” for high-risk tasks (e.g., safety, finance close, incident response) where staff must confirm key steps were followed. This is not a full-blown GRC suite; it’s a focused compliance proof layer that integrates with existing tools (SSO, HRIS, ticketing). Realistically, the hardest part is change management, not software—so onboarding templates and guided rollout are central.
