ProctorPulse is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps schools and training providers run more defensible, consistent assessments—without expensive full-time proctoring teams. It centralizes exam session logs, incident reporting, and evidence capture (screen recordings, chat transcripts, room checks) into a single “audit packet” per candidate. An AI layer flags risky patterns (frequent disconnects, suspicious timing spikes, repeated identity-check failures) and generates a plain-language incident summary for staff review, not automatic punishment. The product is built for the messy reality of hybrid testing: multiple platforms, part-time invigilators, and inconsistent documentation. It integrates with common LMS/testing tools via APIs and exports standardized reports for appeals, compliance, and accreditation reviews. The goal is not perfect cheating detection (unrealistic), but faster, more consistent decision-making and fewer disputes.
