It centralizes contract artifacts, turns clauses into a checklist, and sends escalating reminders when evidence is missing. The app generates an “audit-ready packet” per contract (timeline, communications log, submitted proofs, and exceptions) to reduce scramble during audits, payment disputes, or leadership reviews. This is not a magic procurement replacement—implementation requires disciplined document intake and clear ownership—but it can remove a lot of avoidable chaos.
