ProcurePulse is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) that gives mid-market companies a live, defensible view of who is buying what software, from whom, and why. It ingests invoices and spend exports, then maps vendors to owners, departments, renewal dates, and contract terms. The system flags duplicate tools, shadow IT purchases, and price creep, and routes lightweight approval workflows to the right budget owner. It also creates an audit-ready paper trail: purchase requests, approvals, security reviews, and renewal decisions in one place. This is not a “magic savings” tool—expect incremental wins—but it reliably prevents the worst outcomes: surprise renewals, unowned subscriptions, and uncontrolled spend. The product is a combination traditional + AI app: AI helps classify vendors, extract key terms, and suggest consolidation opportunities, but humans stay in control of decisions.
