ProjectPulse

ProjectPulse is a web + mobile app (with optional AI) that helps teachers run project-based learning without drowning in logistics. Instead of focusing on final presentations, it tracks evidence of learning week by week: planning notes, drafts, peer feedback, photos of prototypes, and short reflection check-ins. Teachers set a project template once (milestones, skills, standards, and required artifacts), then students submit lightweight “proof of work” updates. The app flags stalled teams, missing artifacts, and uneven participation using simple analytics (and optional AI summaries), so teachers can intervene early. Students get a clear checklist, deadlines, and a portfolio they can export for parents or showcases. This is not a full LMS replacement; it’s a focused layer that plugs into Google Classroom/Microsoft Teams and makes PBL manageable in real classrooms with limited time.
