PromoKeg helps beverage brands measure whether distributor and retail promotions actually move product. The app lets a brand rep or distributor rep log a promo in seconds (price drop, display, menu placement, tasting), attach photo proof, and tie it to a specific account and SKU. It then pulls de-identified sales signals from POS/retail partners where available, or uses simple weekly depletion/import templates when POS isn’t accessible. The system compares pre/post periods, flags likely “phantom promos” (promos claimed but not executed), and produces a clean ROI report by account, market, and distributor. It’s not magic: if you have zero data access, the insights are directional. But for brands juggling spreadsheets, emails, and disputed chargebacks, it creates a single source of truth for promo execution and payoff.
