PromoLedger

PromoLedger is a web + mobile app (traditional + AI) that helps employees build a promotion case continuously instead of scrambling at review time. It captures weekly “wins” in 60 seconds, links them to company leveling frameworks, and stores lightweight proof (tickets, docs, PRs, dashboards). The AI turns raw notes into impact statements using a consistent format (scope, metrics, stakeholders, difficulty) and flags gaps: missing metrics, unclear ownership, or not enough cross-team impact. It also generates a manager-ready one-pager and a longer packet aligned to common promotion rubrics. Brutal reality: it won’t magically get you promoted—politics and headcount still rule—but it will reduce the most controllable failure mode: weak, inconsistent evidence and poor narrative. Teams can optionally share selected entries with managers to avoid surprises.
