PromoNarrate

PromoNarrate is a web app with optional mobile companion that helps employees build a promotion case that managers can actually evaluate. You log weekly “wins” in a structured format (impact, scope, evidence, stakeholders), attach artifacts (PRDs, dashboards, tickets), and map each win to your company’s level rubric. The app then generates a concise promotion packet: a one-page impact summary, a rubric-aligned evidence table, and a manager-ready email draft. It also flags gaps brutally: missing metrics, unclear ownership, weak cross-functional influence, or not enough scope for the next level. For managers, it provides a lightweight review view to request clarifications and track readiness over time. This is not a magic promotion button; it’s a documentation and alignment tool that reduces ambiguity and makes performance discussions less subjective and less last-minute.
