PromoPath

PromoPath is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps employees convert “you’re doing great” feedback into a promotion-ready plan with evidence. Users define their target role/level, import signals from work tools (calendar, Jira/Linear, GitHub, Google Docs), and log outcomes tied to business metrics. The app generates a weekly “impact brief” and a quarterly promotion dossier: scope, leadership, cross-functional influence, and measurable results, mapped to the company’s leveling rubric. It also includes a manager-facing view to agree on expectations, deadlines, and what “ready” means—reducing the common failure mode where employees do the work but miss the criteria. This is not a magic promotion button; it’s a structured documentation and alignment system that makes performance reviews harder to ignore and easier to approve.
