PromoProof is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that helps employees build a credible, role-specific promotion packet without guessing what “impact” means. Users log weekly wins in a structured format (scope, metrics, stakeholders, artifacts), attach links (PRs, dashboards, docs), and map each item to their company’s competency rubric. The app generates a concise brag doc, self-review, and manager-ready promotion narrative with citations to evidence. It also flags weak claims (no metrics, no stakeholder validation, unclear scope) and suggests what proof to collect next time. This is not a magic “get promoted” button—if your org has no growth paths, it won’t fix that—but it will reduce the chaos, memory loss, and vague storytelling that derail most promotion cycles.
