PromoProof is a web + mobile app that helps ambitious professionals build airtight, evidence-based promotion cases instead of vague self-promotion. Most people rely on gut feel, scattered emails, and last-minute slide decks when asking for a promotion, which is why they get vague “not yet” answers. PromoProof connects to your work tools (Jira, GitHub, Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Workspace, Slack, etc.) and continuously aggregates hard metrics: revenue influenced, tickets closed, projects shipped, incidents resolved, customer feedback, peer kudos, and leadership contributions. It then structures these into promotion-ready dossiers aligned with your company’s actual promotion rubric (scope, impact, complexity, leadership). The app includes templates tailored to common corporate ladders (IC/manager tracks in tech, sales, marketing, operations) and generates a concise, manager-friendly narrative you can share as a PDF or link. It also benchmarks you against typical expectations for your level vs. next level, so you can see if you’re realistically ready or delusional. This is not a feel-good career journal; it’s a cold, quantified case builder that makes it harder for your manager and HR to ignore your results.
