It highlights gaps (e.g., too much execution, not enough cross-team leadership), suggests specific next actions, and generates manager-ready weekly updates and quarterly self-review drafts. The product is brutally pragmatic: it doesn’t “teach” generic skills; it helps users document outcomes, align with their company’s expectations, and communicate impact consistently.
