ProofArchive

ProofArchive is a web app (with optional lightweight desktop connector) that captures and preserves business email in a tamper-evident archive designed for audits, legal holds, and customer disputes. It connects to Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace via OAuth, ingests messages and attachments continuously, and stores them with cryptographic hashing and an append-only ledger so you can prove nothing was altered. The product focuses on fast retrieval and defensible export: scoped searches, conversation reconstruction, and one-click export packages with chain-of-custody metadata. It also includes retention policies, user/role access controls, and basic eDiscovery workflows (legal hold, custodians, export logs). This is a traditional app with a small AI assist: optional semantic search and auto-tagging to speed up discovery, but the core value is verifiable integrity and compliance-ready reporting rather than “AI magic.”
