ProofBinder

ProofBinder is a web app (with optional desktop agent) that automatically builds “evidence binders” for regulatory compliance from the tools companies already use—Google Workspace/Microsoft 365, Jira, GitHub, cloud logs, HRIS, and ticketing systems. Instead of writing policies nobody reads, teams map each regulation/control to real artifacts (screenshots, configs, approvals, access logs) and keep them continuously updated. The app schedules evidence pulls, flags missing or stale proof, and produces auditor-friendly exports with timestamps, ownership, and change history. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: AI helps classify artifacts, suggest likely evidence sources, and draft short narratives, but humans approve everything. This is not a magic “be compliant” button; it’s a pragmatic system to reduce scramble, reduce audit hours, and prevent embarrassing gaps when regulators or customers ask for proof.
