ProofHabit
ProofHabit is a mobile app (with a lightweight web dashboard) for people who keep “starting over” because their habit tracking is too easy to fake. Instead of checking a box, you log a quick proof: a timestamped photo, GPS check-in, short voice note, or a screenshot (e.g., treadmill stats). The app turns proofs into streaks, weekly summaries, and a simple “credibility score” per habit so you can see which goals are real versus wishful. It includes optional accountability: a small private circle can verify proofs with one tap, or you can keep everything private. This is not therapy and not motivational fluff—it's friction in the right place. If you can’t provide proof, the app nudges you to shrink the habit until you can. Over time, you build a personal evidence library that makes progress undeniable and relapse harder to rationalize.
