ProofHaul is a mobile + web app that captures, validates, and reconciles proof-of-delivery (POD) and accessorial charges in real time for small-to-mid fleets and carriers. Drivers scan BOLs and delivery receipts, capture signatures, photos, and geotagged timestamps, and the system flags missing fields, mismatched stop numbers, and suspicious edits before the driver leaves the site. Dispatch and billing teams get an inbox of “ready-to-invoice” loads, with exceptions routed back to the driver instantly. It also tracks detention, lumper, and redelivery evidence with required photo and note templates so claims don’t get rejected. This is not glamorous: it’s paperwork discipline and audit trails, but it directly reduces revenue leakage and days-to-cash. Integrations focus on exporting clean POD packets to common TMS/accounting workflows rather than trying to replace them.
