ProofLedger

ProofLedger is a web app (with optional desktop agent) that continuously collects, normalizes, and packages compliance evidence for financial services teams. Instead of scrambling before audits, it pulls artifacts from systems like IAM, ticketing, cloud logs, HR onboarding, and vendor management, then maps them to control requirements and produces an “evidence packet” with timestamps, ownership, and change history. It includes lightweight workflow for control owners to attest, add context, and remediate gaps. An AI layer summarizes evidence, flags missing artifacts, and drafts auditor-friendly narratives, but the system stays grounded in verifiable source links and immutable hashes. This is not a magic compliance button: you still need good processes. The value is reducing the manual, repetitive evidence chase and making audits less disruptive, especially for lean compliance teams in fast-moving fintechs.
