ProofLedger
ProofLedger is a web app (with optional mobile companion) that turns messy on-chain activity into accountant-friendly books for small businesses and DAOs. It connects wallets and exchanges, classifies transactions (income, expense, payroll, treasury moves), and produces audit-ready reports with a clear evidence trail: tx hash, counterparty labels, and valuation at time of transaction. It focuses on the unglamorous reality: taxes, reconciliations, and compliance, not “alpha.” The AI layer suggests categories and flags anomalies, but users must approve changes to avoid hallucinated accounting. Exports include QuickBooks/Xero-ready journal entries, CSVs, and a “supporting documents” packet for auditors. Brutal truth: you’ll be competing with well-funded incumbents, so the wedge is narrow—serve a specific niche (e.g., agencies paid in stablecoins, on-chain payroll for startups) and win on accuracy, support, and audit defensibility.
