ProofLoop

ProofLoop is a web app (with optional mobile capture) that helps small and mid-sized companies collect, verify, and report sustainability actions without hiring consultants. Teams log initiatives (energy changes, supplier updates, waste reductions) and attach evidence (invoices, meter exports, photos). The app converts messy inputs into an audit-ready “claim file” with a clear chain of custody, assumptions, and calculation notes. It also runs lightweight anomaly checks (e.g., sudden drops that look too good) and prompts users to fix gaps before publishing. Instead of chasing perfect carbon accounting, ProofLoop focuses on defensible, feedback-driven progress: what changed, what proof exists, and what to do next. It exports a simple public report page and a private auditor pack, reducing greenwashing risk while keeping the workflow practical for resource-constrained teams.
