ProofLoop

ProofLoop is a mobile + web AI-assisted self-improvement app that helps users change their self-image by collecting “proof” of tiny actions. Instead of vague goals, you define 1–3 identity statements (e.g., “I’m someone who keeps promises to myself”) and attach daily micro-commitments (2–10 minutes). The app verifies completion with lightweight evidence: a photo, GPS check-in, short screen recording, or a one-sentence reflection. An AI coach then turns those receipts into weekly identity summaries, highlights patterns, and suggests the next smallest step—without pretending it can fix your life. The core loop is simple: commit, prove, review. Social features are optional and private by default; you can share a weekly “proof card” with a friend for accountability. This is not therapy, and it won’t replace discipline, but it makes progress harder to rationalize away and easier to repeat.
