ProofLoop is an internal communications web app (with optional mobile companion) that focuses on one thing most tools avoid: verifiable reach and comprehension for critical updates. Instead of blasting posts into a feed, comms teams publish “must-read” notices with targeted audiences, deadlines, and lightweight comprehension checks (one-tap acknowledgment, 1–2 question micro-quiz, or “find the policy link” task). The app generates an audit trail that’s defensible: who received it, who opened it, time-on-page, and whether they passed the check. It also escalates intelligently—nudges via email/Slack/Teams, then manager escalation, then HR/compliance export—without turning into spam. Dashboards show coverage gaps by location, role, shift, and manager, helping leaders fix distribution issues. This is not a social network; it’s a compliance-grade delivery and proof layer that plugs into existing channels and HRIS directories.
