ProofLoop helps job seekers avoid ghost jobs and low-probability postings by scoring “real hiring intent.” It combines user-submitted outcomes (callbacks, rejections, offers), lightweight employer signal checks (posting age, repost frequency, headcount trends, recruiter activity), and crowdsourced notes to produce a simple confidence score per listing. The app also suggests the fastest next step: apply, network first, or skip. It’s brutally practical: you’re not promised a job, you’re promised fewer wasted hours. Users can forward a job URL or email posting; ProofLoop returns a score, key reasons, and a recommended outreach template. Over time, it builds a map of which companies and teams actually convert applicants. This is a web app with a companion mobile app; it’s a combination traditional + AI app (AI summarizes signals and drafts outreach, but the value comes from aggregated outcomes).
