It turns messy community activity into a simple evidence trail: what problem was raised, what practice was shared, what changed, and what outcome followed. Members can log “practice cards” from meetings, chats, or field work, attach artifacts (templates, snippets, photos), and link them to outcomes like cycle-time reduction, incident prevention, customer satisfaction, or onboarding speed. A built-in AI assistant summarizes threads, suggests outcome categories, and prompts for missing evidence so stories don’t stay anecdotal. Leaders get dashboards that focus on adoption and outcomes, not post counts. The app integrates with Slack/Teams to capture moments in the flow of work, then nudges members to close the loop with measurable results.
