ProofParcel is a mobile + web app for humanitarian teams to capture credible, low-friction proof that aid reached the intended recipients—without relying on constant connectivity. Field staff record deliveries using tamper-evident photo/video, optional recipient consented ID tokens (QR/NFC), GPS + time attestations, and lightweight beneficiary signatures. Data syncs when a connection returns, creating an auditable chain-of-custody that donors and HQ can review. The web dashboard flags anomalies (duplicate recipients, suspicious location clusters, repeated device use) and produces simple compliance-ready reports for grants. This is not a magic “end fraud” tool: it reduces disputes, speeds up reporting, and makes spot checks far more targeted. It’s designed for low-end Android phones, multilingual workflows, and strict privacy controls to avoid putting beneficiaries at risk.
