ProofPilot

ProofPilot is a mobile + web companion for home distillers and high-ABV brewers that focuses on one thing: getting proof/ABV and cuts right, consistently. Instead of being another generic brew log, it guides you through a run with structured inputs (wash volume, gravity, still type, heat input, collection jar volumes, temps, hydrometer readings) and produces a live “what to do next” dashboard: predicted output curve, suggested cut points, dilution calculator, and safety reminders. It also stores repeatable run profiles so you can replicate a good batch and avoid the common failure modes (smearing cuts, over-dilution, chasing temperature, inconsistent measurements). An AI assistant can answer “why did my proof crash?” using your run data, but the core value works without AI. This is realistic: it won’t magically make bad spirits good, but it will reduce wasted time, wasted product, and measurement errors.
