ProofPing is a web app + lightweight SDK for adding “verified read” in-app messaging to SaaS products where compliance, accountability, or safety matters. It lets you send targeted in-app notices (policy updates, incident alerts, billing changes, safety steps) and captures defensible evidence: delivery, view, time-on-screen thresholds, acknowledgement clicks, and optional short quiz confirmation. It includes role-based targeting (admins vs end users), scheduling, and an audit log export designed for SOC 2/ISO 27001 evidence packs. It’s not trying to replace Intercom-style chat; it’s a narrow tool for high-stakes announcements that companies currently handle with email and hope. The SDK renders a consistent modal/banner/toast UI, supports localization, and degrades gracefully if scripts are blocked. Pricing is per monthly active users with higher tiers for longer retention and advanced audit exports.
