Send a message that requires an explicit acknowledgment (tap, short reply, or checklist completion) before a deadline. If it’s not acknowledged, the app escalates automatically: reminders, alternative contacts, or a phone call trigger (optional). Each thread becomes a lightweight audit trail with timestamps, read/ack status, and simple exports for disputes. It’s not trying to replace WhatsApp for casual chat; it’s built for operational communication where accountability matters. The MVP focuses on small teams and families managing time-sensitive tasks (pickup changes, on-call handoffs, client approvals). Realistically, adoption is the hardest part—so it must work alongside existing channels via email/SMS forwarding and deep links, rather than demanding everyone switches on day one.
