ProofPing

ProofPing is a lightweight delegation tracker that forces clarity and reduces follow-up fatigue. You create a task in 60 seconds: owner, definition of done, deadline, and required proof (screenshot, link, file, short note). The app then runs an automatic “proof-first” workflow: it pings the assignee at set intervals, blocks vague status updates, and only marks work complete when the requested proof is submitted. For managers, it generates a single daily digest of what’s done, what’s stuck, and what needs escalation—no more chasing in Slack threads. It integrates with email and Slack/Teams so people don’t need yet another inbox. This is not a project management suite; it’s a narrow tool for delegating small-to-medium tasks reliably, especially across busy teams and contractors.
