ProofPing is a mobile + web app that turns messy landlord-tenant communication into a clean, time-stamped record that holds up in real disputes. Tenants and landlords can message in-app (or forward emails/SMS into it), attach photos/videos, and generate a “dispute packet” that summarizes the timeline: requests, responses, repairs, notices, and payments. The AI layer classifies messages (repair, noise, notice, rent), flags missing required details (dates, access windows, contractor info), and suggests neutral, legally safer wording to reduce escalation. It also tracks response-time SLAs and sends reminders before issues become violations or court filings. This is not a property management suite; it’s a lightweight “relations + evidence” layer that can sit on top of whatever tools people already use. Monetization: freemium for tenants, subscriptions for small landlords, and per-case export fees.
