ProofPocket is a mobile + web AI-assisted consumer protection app that turns messy purchase problems into clean, ready-to-send “evidence packs.” Users forward receipts, order emails, chat transcripts, photos, and shipping updates into one inbox. The app auto-extracts key facts (dates, promises, delivery windows, policy language), flags missing proof, and generates a concise timeline plus a dispute letter tailored to the merchant, card network, or marketplace. It also reminds users of chargeback and return deadlines, and stores everything in a tamper-evident archive so screenshots and files don’t get lost. This is not a magic “get your money back” button—merchants can still deny claims—but it dramatically reduces the biggest failure reason: weak documentation and late submissions.
