ProofPocket is a web app + browser extension that turns bookmarks into durable “evidence packs.” When you save a page, it captures the clean text, key images, and a timestamped snapshot (plus the URL and metadata) so the content survives paywalls changing, link rot, or edits. You can add a one-line reason for saving, highlight sections, and tag by project. Search works across your saved text, not just titles. Sharing creates a read-only pack link that includes the snapshot and your highlights—useful for research, compliance notes, or keeping sources stable. This is a combination traditional + AI app: AI suggests tags, detects duplicates, and generates a 2–3 sentence summary, but the core value still works without AI. Realistically, this won’t beat free bookmarks on convenience; it wins on reliability and auditability.
