ProofPocket is a mobile + web app that helps social security applicants and recipients keep their identity, income, disability, and residency evidence organized and submission-ready. Users scan mail, upload PDFs, and tag documents to common benefit requirements (e.g., ID, bank statements, medical letters). The app generates a “submission packet” checklist per program and tracks what’s missing, what’s expired, and what needs re-verification. It also stores a time-stamped audit trail of what was sent, when, and to whom—useful when agencies lose paperwork or ask for resubmission. This is not a magic claim-approval tool; it’s a practical evidence management system that reduces delays caused by incomplete or messy documentation. Optional AI helps auto-classify documents, extract dates, and flag likely missing items, but users stay in control and can export everything as a single PDF bundle or secure share link.
