It also runs a simple readiness check: missing docs, large deposits needing explanation, and estimated debt-to-income based on entered liabilities. The output is a shareable link or PDF bundle with an audit trail and expiration dates, designed to reduce lender friction rather than replace underwriting. This is a mobile + web app with light AI assistance for document classification and summarization, but it stays conservative: it does not promise approval or rates. The product sells to consumers and can be co-branded for agents and small lenders.
