ProofPulse is a mobile + web AI app that helps employees create a defensible “impact record” before they need it. Each week it prompts you to log outcomes (metrics moved, incidents resolved, revenue saved), attach lightweight proof (tickets, PR links, dashboards), and map the work to your team’s stated goals. It then generates manager-ready weekly updates, quarterly self-reviews, and a promotion/retention packet you can export as a PDF or share link. It also flags weak spots: too much invisible work, missing metrics, no cross-team endorsements, or projects with unclear business value. This won’t magically stop layoffs—nothing will—but it increases your odds by making your value legible to decision-makers and by giving you fast materials for internal transfers or external interviews when things go south.
