ProofPulse is a web app (with optional mobile-friendly link flows) that helps small and mid-sized e-commerce merchants reduce fraud and chargebacks by collecting lightweight “proof of intent” from customers on flagged orders. Instead of blocking purchases or relying only on black-box scoring, it triggers a fast verification step: confirm shipping address, acknowledge refund/return terms, and complete a low-friction identity check (SMS/email + device fingerprint + optional ID selfie for very high-risk orders). Merchants get a clear decision dashboard: approve, cancel, or request more info, plus an exportable evidence packet for disputes. It integrates with Shopify/WooCommerce and major payment processors via webhooks, and focuses on operational simplicity: rules you can understand, templates you can customize, and measurable lift in approval rates vs. blunt declines. It’s a combination traditional + AI app: AI summarizes risk signals and recommends actions, but merchants stay in control.
