ProofPulse

ProofPulse is a desktop + web app that quietly builds a “proof-of-work” timeline from the tools you already use (GitHub/GitLab commits, Jira/Linear tickets, Google Docs edits, Slack/Teams messages, calendar events). It turns scattered activity into a clean weekly digest: what shipped, what moved, blockers, and measurable outputs. You can add short manual notes, attach links, and export updates to email, Notion, or a manager-friendly PDF. The goal isn’t surveillance; it’s reducing the time and anxiety of status reporting, performance reviews, and client billing. Users control what sources connect and can pause tracking anytime. Teams can standardize update formats without forcing everyone into yet another project management tool. Realistically, this wins only if it’s fast, accurate, and respects privacy—otherwise users will churn immediately.
