ProofPulse is a web app (with optional mobile companion) for safety and prevention teams who constantly scramble to assemble evidence for compliance audits. It centralizes “proof” artifacts—inspection photos, training records, SOP acknowledgements, corrective actions, and vendor certificates—into a structured, audit-ready timeline per site and standard (OSHA, ISO 45001, internal policies). The AI layer auto-classifies uploads, extracts key fields (dates, equipment IDs, signatures), flags missing evidence, and generates an auditor-facing evidence pack with traceable links and immutable timestamps. It also runs lightweight internal “pre-audits” that score readiness and highlight the top gaps that will fail an audit. This is not a full GRC suite; it’s a focused evidence and readiness tool that integrates with existing systems (SharePoint, Google Drive, LMS, CMMS) to reduce manual chasing and spreadsheet hell.
