ProofPulse is a web app (with lightweight desktop agent) that automates evidence collection for compliance-heavy operations. Instead of building more bots, it watches the systems you already use (ticketing, CI/CD, cloud logs, access control, HRIS) and continuously compiles “audit-ready” proof: who approved what, when changes shipped, which controls ran, and where exceptions occurred. It maps raw events to specific control statements (SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA-lite) and produces a clean evidence timeline with links back to source systems. The MVP focuses on a few high-signal integrations and a simple control library, then expands. This is a combination app: traditional automation for integrations + AI to summarize evidence, detect missing artifacts, and draft auditor responses. It’s not a silver bullet—bad processes still fail—but it removes the most hated, repetitive part: scrambling for screenshots and exports.
