ProofPulse is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integrations) that turns internal operational data into transparent, stakeholder-ready reporting pages with evidence attached. Teams connect sources like Jira, GitHub, incident tools, and finance exports, then publish a monthly/quarterly “proof-backed” update that includes metrics, changes, and decisions with links to the underlying artifacts. The app enforces a simple reporting template, tracks what changed since last period, and highlights missing evidence (e.g., claims without tickets, metrics without sources). It also maintains an immutable audit log of what was published, when, and by whom, so leadership can’t quietly rewrite history. This is not a PR tool; it’s a lightweight accountability layer for organizations that keep getting burned by vague status updates and post-hoc narratives.
