ProofPulse is a web app (with optional Slack/Teams integration) that continuously gathers and organizes compliance evidence for audits like SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and PCI. Instead of chasing screenshots and “please send me that policy” emails, it connects to common systems (AWS, Okta, Google Workspace, GitHub, Jira) and pulls time-stamped artifacts into an audit-ready evidence locker. It maps evidence to controls, flags gaps, and produces a clean export package for auditors. This is a combination traditional + AI app: traditional connectors and workflows do the heavy lifting, while AI helps classify artifacts, detect missing evidence, and draft concise audit narratives. It’s realistic: you won’t replace an auditor or GRC team, but you can cut the most hated part—evidence collection—by a lot for SMBs.
